Fairview Lodges
Tony
& Roseanne Rowbottom had a very successful farming business in East
Yorkshire and decided on working on a new project to diversify from the farming
industry.
They
studied the opportunities and decided on a unique style holiday park location
in Patrington.
Following
the hard work of developing the plan and starting the implementation with the
unenviable task of getting planning permission. They forged forward and true to
the nature the process was driven on very quickly.
For
the initial phase of holiday homes Tony and Roseanne worked closely with Finnish Log Homes for the lodges along with Hoseasons for general guidance on the park
and its features. The first phase is for 13 solid log contemporary style lodges
in 95 mm laminated log built to the current UK Building Regulations. There are 2
and 3 bedroom log buildings to chose from.
These
solid log lodges are unique in the UK leisure market and specifically designed
by Tony and Roseanne in association with Finnish Log Homes and Kontio. Kontio
are based in Finland and are the largest manufacturer of log buildings in the
world.
Finnish Log Homes worked with Tony and Roseanne and trained their team to build the
first two buildings and then their team completed the remaining 11, quite a
challenging
project for their first development.
